Heart -2- Heart Outreach is a caring support group designed for patients, family members or anyone affected by cardiovascular disease.  It is a place where you can associate with others dealing with the same or similar issues.  We share experiences, insight, ideas and wisdom all in an understanding environment.

Consider joining us on a monthly basis for a time of fellowship and information sharing.  You will find a warm group of people who are just like you - in need of a little support and looking for answers to questions.  No matter your age, you are not too young, nor too old to be part of this group.  It is a place where you can ask questions and get information without fear or intimidation.
