Tuesday, Dec. 6th:

  • Storytime with Santa in Little Rock hospital lobby, 5-7 p.m., with story readings in 30-minute intervals

Wednesday, Dec. 7th:

  • Cocoa and cookies at Conway and Russellville clinics

Thursday, Dec. 8th:

  • Cocoa and cookies at Searcy and North Little Rock clinics
  • Fit-mas Workout Day 1: Silver kettlebells

Friday, Dec. 9th:

  • Holiday costume photo contest DEADLINE at NOON
  • Voting begins on Facebook for the costume contest
  • Cocoa and cookies at El Dorado and Texarkana clinics
  • Fit-mas Workout Day 2: The Grinch

Saturday, Dec. 10th:

  • Gift card payroll deduction forms due

Tuesday, Dec. 13th:

  • 25th-anniversary celebration in AHH lobby at 7 a.m. and 2 p.m.
  • Bryant High School choir performance in AHH lobby at 10 a.m.
  • Holiday costume photo contest voting ends
  • Prize wheel rounds in Conway
  • Fit-mas Workout Day 6: Ho-Ho-Ho Let’s Row

Wednesday, Dec. 14th:

  • Memorial services will be held at:
    • AHH: 9 a.m., 3 p.m. and 11:15 p.m.
    • Encore: 11 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.
  • Department costume contest winners announced
  • Cocoa and cookies at AHH and Encore for night shifts
  • Prize wheel rounds in El Dorado and Searcy

Thursday, Dec. 15th:

  • Maumelle High School Choir performance in AHH lobby at 2:30 p.m.

2022 Heart For the Holidays Costume Contest

Calling all AHH team members! It’s time to get into the Christmas spirit and show your creative costumes for the 2022 Heart for the Holidays Costume Contest. Grab your department team members and come up with your best holiday-themed costumes for a chance to win prizes and bragging rights.

How to enter: 
Submit a photo of your team/department in their holiday costumes by emailing holidaycontest@arheart.com by Friday, Dec. 9 at noon. Photos will be posted to our Arkansas Heart Hospital Facebook page for voting. Winners will be announced Wednesday, Dec. 14.

Guidelines and Rules:

Do: 

  • Wear costumes that fall under the holiday theme. If costumes are not holiday-related, they will be ineligible. Examples of holiday costumes include Santa’s reindeer, the Grinch and Whos, etc.
  • Wear appropriate costumes. Please refrain from violent, political or sexual themes.
  • Submit photos of teams/departments with the department name.
  • You can only be on one team and only enter the contest one time.
  • Participants must be employed by AHH. Team members’ family and friends will not be considered part of the team/department.
  • Costumes can be homemade and/or store-bought.
  • Be creative and have fun!

Don’t:

  • Display nudity and/or sexually inappropriate attire.
  • Display images or language offensive to race, gender and/or religion.
  • Display extreme political statements.
  • Carry real and/or prop weapons.
  • Display foul language and/or curse words.
  • Display graphic emblems and/or images.
  • Wear costumes and props that present a risk of injury to people or property.

All photos will be screened to make sure they are appropriate to be posted to Facebook. You will be informed via email if costumes do/do not meet the guidelines and rules.

How to vote:
Visit the Arkansas Heart Hospital Facebook page and like your favorite photo(s). Get your family and friends in on the fun and encourage them to like and share your photo(s).

How to win: 
The teams’ photos that receive the most engagement (likes, loves, etc.) by Wednesday, Dec. 14 at 8 a.m., will be declared winners.
