Courteney is a physician assistant, helping to provide care to patients throughout Arkansas Heart Hospital. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mississippi College and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Prior to joining Arkansas Heart, she worked in emergency care.

She enjoys serving her community by participating in various community events and volunteering as well as spending time with her pet cat.
