Matthew Miller is a certified Physician Assistant with the Vascular and Cardiac Surgery team at Arkansas Heart Hospital. He works alongside Dr. Scott Ryan and the OR team and specializes in endoscopic vein harvesting, inpatient care and outpatient/clinic care for patients needing procedures for lower extremity vascular issues, abdominal aorta, and carotid artery disease. He obtained his Bachelor of Biology from Williams Baptist College and received his Master of Science in Medicine Physician Assistant from Mississippi College.

Matthew finds it rewarding to work alongside the surgical team and to see patients improve after an operation and their lives change for the better. His patients are the inspiration for all that he does in medicine. This supports his passion for cardiovascular disease, heart failure, and improving post- operative outcomes.

Matthew is certified through the National Commission of Physician Assistants. He is affiliated with the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Arkansas Academy of Physician Assistants, and Mississippi Academy of Physician Assistants.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys the great outdoors, spending time with his family, traveling, hunting, and watching sports.
