Arkansas Heart Hospital is proud to welcome Dr. Anton Lishmanov to our team of expert cardiologists. Originally hailing from Siberia, Russia, Dr. Lishmanov moved to Columbia, Missouri, in 2009 to complete his internal medicine residency. He continued with a fellowship in cardiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, followed by a Cardiac Critical Care Fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine-Montefiore Medical Center in New York, and finally an Advanced Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. His extensive training and experience allow him to treat patients with all forms of cardiovascular and venous disease with the highest expertise.
Prior to joining Arkansas Heart Hospital, he was in private practice in Jacksonville, FL.
Dr. Lishmanov is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, Endovascular Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Adult Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology and Vascular Ultrasound. His true passion is interventional heart failure – a rapidly developing field where he applies his extensive structural and complex coronary interventional experience as well as cardiac critical care training to help the sickest patients with failing hearts.
Dr. Lishmanov, his wife Ilona and their daughter Sophie are excited to be in Little Rock, and we are proud to welcome him to our world-class team of Arkansas cardiologists. He will serve patients at our Danville, Hot Springs, Little Rock and Russellville clinics, as well as Encore Medical Center.
