Position Summary

As a Junior RPA Developer in the Business Intelligence Department, you will play a key role in optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing data-driven decision-making processes. You will work closely with our RPA team to analyze existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, develop RPA solutions, and support their deployment across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include assessing business processes, designing and implementing automation workflows using RPA tools, conducting rigorous testing, and providing ongoing maintenance and support. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine automation strategies and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Monday – Friday;  On-site

Primary Duties

• Perform Requirement Gathering and evaluation of potential Processes for Automation.
• Perform Business Analysis functions during the building of RPA processes:
• Document process workflows using Visio, Lucid chart, or related tools.
• Create technical specification documents for RPA processes.
• Design and implement automation workflows, ensuring they meet requirements and adhere to best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing of automation scripts to validate functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues encountered during the development and testing phases.
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications/Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Prior experience with or knowledge of RPA tools and technologies is a plus.
