Patricia Moreno is an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner with extensive experience in critical care, cardiovascular medicine and hospital-based care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and previously completed her nursing education in Chile.

Patricia’s professional background includes caring for patients in intensive care, hospital medicine and home health settings. She has experience managing complex medical conditions, coordinating interdisciplinary care and supporting patients as they transition from the hospital to recovery at home. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Patricia is dedicated to providing thoughtful, culturally responsive care and helping patients and families fully understand their treatment options.
