Tiara Pafford is an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner with more than a decade of nursing experience. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. 

Tiara’s clinical background includes cardiac critical care, telemetry and home health nursing. She has cared for patients experiencing complex cardiovascular and medical conditions, including those requiring ventilator support, invasive monitoring and emergency intervention. Tiara values compassionate care, patient education and strong collaboration among patients, families and the healthcare team.
