The ENGAGE Committee is an action-oriented group focused on strengthening culture, connection and engagement across Arkansas Heart. Members contribute through ideas, planning and hands-on support throughout the year.

This is an opportunity for team members who love to bring people together! The committee will help plan events, brainstorm fun ideas and create activities that make Arkansas Heart an even better place to work. Whether you love to plan parties or just have great ideas to share, we want to hear from you!
