Come One, Come All to the Arkansas Heart Carnival!
To celebrate Hospital Week, all Arkansas Heart team members are invited to an employee appreciation picnic/carnival full of food, fun and games. The event will be held on Saturday, May 13th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Bishop Park in Bryant.
Employees can bring their significant other and immediate children with a limit of six people. Each guest/employee will receive a meal ticket and access to games across the park.
The event will be full of fun games and activities like bounce houses, a dunk tank, a Baggo tournament, carnival games and more! Win tickets by playing games, then redeem them for prizes. Each employee and their family will receive a meal ticket to redeem at a food truck.

Who can attend?
All Arkansas Heart Hospital employees are invited to attend with their significant other and immediate children with a limit of six total. Please note this does not include grandchildren, friends, cousins, etc.
Employees who bring children are expected to supervise them at all times.
How do I register?
Please sign up on Eventbrite here, so we can plan for how many people will attend. If you are bringing your significant other or immediate children, please add a ticket for them when you register.
What food is available?
We will host a few local food trucks at the event. Your meal ticket can be redeemed at the trucks for a specific meal option, which we will share in the coming weeks. The food trucks may have additional food available for purchase.
Please note, this is an alcohol-free event.
