Destination: Hospital Week!
To celebrate the world’s best team this Hospital Week, all Arkansas Heart team members are invited to an employee appreciation picnic full of food, fun and games. The event will be held on Saturday, May 18th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Arkansas Heart Hospital parking deck.
Team members can bring their significant other and immediate children with a limit of six people. Each team member and guest will receive a meal ticket and access to fun games and activities like bounce houses, a dunk tank and more! Win tickets by playing games, then redeem them for prizes.

Who can attend?
All Arkansas Heart Hospital employees are invited to attend with their significant other and immediate children with a limit of six total. Please note grandchildren, friends, cousins, etc. cannot be included.
Employees who bring children are expected to supervise them at all times.
How do I register?
Please sign up here, so we can plan for how many people will attend. If you are bringing your significant other or immediate children, please add a ticket for them when you register.
What food is available?
We will host a couple local food trucks at the event. Your meal ticket can be redeemed at the trucks for a specific meal option, which we will share in the coming weeks. The food trucks may have additional food available for purchase.
Please note, this is an alcohol-free event.
