Arkansas Heart employees are eligible to purchase up to $300 in Amazon and Wal-Mart gift cards via payroll deduct. The deadline to order is Nov. 3, and gift cards will be delivered between Nov. 10 -15. The total of all gift cards must not exceed $300, and will be deducted from payroll over three equal installments beginning Jan 2, 2026. The purchase amount will be deducted from payroll on 1/2, 1/16 and 1/30.
