Employees enrolled in the medical plan have the option to obtain medical services at the Arkansas Heart Hospital at no cost. We also provide an onsite primary care clinic and urgent care clinic. We offer free basic life insurance and long-term disability insurance to all full-time and part-time employees.

We Take Care of Our Employees

Murphy’s Cafe

Murphy’s Café isn’t a typical hospital cafeteria. It serves a wide range of healthy, fresh and seasonal dishes created by some of the top chefs in the state. We offer staff a cafeteria discount, with the option of paycheck deduction instead of cash payment.

Employee Lounge

Our employees deserve a quiet, cozy place to recharge physically and mentally. We have curated an employee lounge that includes snacks, massage chairs, comfy sitting areas, and more.

Gym Membership

We are proud to give employees the opportunity to take care of themselves physically. We offer them a free membership to both of our gyms located in the Little Rock Clinic and at the Encore Medical Center in Bryant.

Pastoral Care

We understand spiritual health is just as important as physical and mental health to our employees. Our chaplain is available for spiritual and emotional support for our patients, their family and our team.

Through UnitedHealthcare, UMR and HealthSCOPE Benefits creates and publishes the Machine-Readable Files on behalf of Arkansas Heart Hospital.
