Scott L. Beau, MD

Dr. Scott Beau is a cardiologist and serves as medical director of Arkansas Heart Hospital. Board certified in clinical cardiac electrophysiology, he specializes in pacemaker and defibrillator implantation, electrophysiology studies and radiofrequency catheter ablation, and diagnostic heart catheterization.

Growing up in Canada, Dr. Beau earned his medical degree in Montreal before arriving at University Hospital in Boston for his internship and residency. From there, Dr. Beau studied at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and became a fellow in cardiology at Barnes Hospital. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and a member of the Heart Rhythm Society, and the Pulaski County Medical Society.

Dr. Beau is known for making his patients feel comfortable and explaining their treatment plan thoroughly with patience and compassion.
