Stress is so engrained in the holiday season, it’s almost become a tradition for most Americans. And this stress often manifests as over eating, or stress eating, which can cause negative health effects. So we’ve brought in Dr. Urmi Jani, the director of psychology for the Bariatric Metabolic Institute, to give some helpful tips on how to prevent stress eating and focus on what she calls “mindful eating.”
