Do I qualify for pulmonary rehab?
Pulmonary rehab is ideal for people with COPD or those struggling with ongoing symptoms post-COVID. If you experience any of the following symptoms, you may be eligible for the program:
- Continued coughing
- Difficulty breathing
- Difficulty exercising
- Heart palpations
- Chest pains
- Joint pain
- Memory or concentration problems
- Sleeping problems
- Muscle pain or headache
- Loss of smell or taste
- Depression or anxiety
- Dizziness when you stand
SERVICES & APPROACH
Qualifying patients will undergo a full health assessment prior to receiving services, then visit their designated clinics for three days per week for 12 weeks. Patients will receive myriad services from AHH’s in-house team to help mitigate and control their symptoms, such as monitored one-on-one or group exercise regimens, breathing re-trainings and more.
