American Heart Month is a time when all people are encouraged to focus on their cardiovascular health.  Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States and in Arkansas. During the month of February, it’s a chance for us to educate people about taking care of their heart and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

We are partnering with local restaurants and businesses to encourage our patients, communities and social media followers to visit heart-friendly Central Arkansas spots. A few of those businesses include Nexus Coffee, Fidel and Co, Zaza in the Heights, Trio’s, Clique Cycle and Barefoot Studio.
