Sarah is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned both her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and Masters of Nursing Science from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where she graduated with honors. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. Sarah has worked at Arkansas Heart Hospital since the beginning of her nursing career working in the Progressive Critical Care Unit (PCCU) as a Registered Nurse and has continued on to work as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the specialty of Electrophysiology. Sarah is from Sherwood, Arkansas where she lives with her husband and enjoys being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and playing with her three dogs.

Lisa Ivy received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Indiana University in 1992. After graduating, she moved to Nashville, TN to begin her career at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Lisa began working as a staff nurse in the Cardiac Step Down and Coronary Intensive Care Units. Lisa then became manager of the Anticoagulation Clinic at Vanderbilt. In 1997 she earned her Master’s Degree in nursing from Vanderbilt University as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Lisa was certified as a nurse practitioner in 1997 by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Upon graduation she remained at Vanderbilt as a case manager for interventional cardiology and a nurse practitioner for the Vanderbilt Heart Disease Prevention Program. Lisa was instrumental in developing the Vanderbilt Women’s Heart Center in collaboration with the director Dr. Rose Marie Robertson, former national president of the American Heart Association. Lisa has developed several community educational programs on behalf of the Women’s Heart Center such as Heart Disease in Women, Risk Factor Management, and Women’s Health Screening. Lisa received a faculty appointment at the Vanderbilt School of Nursing in 2002. She continued her career at the Vanderbilt Page-Campbell Heart Institute in Nashville as a nurse practitioner in the Lipid Clinic until moving to Russellville, AR in December of 2004. Lisa joined the Arkansas Heart Hospital Clinic in 2005 as a resident Nurse Practitioner in their Russellville, Arkansas satellite clinic. Lisa is currently working on a heart failure clinic for the Russellville office. When Lisa is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Kelly Hall is a board-certified advanced nurse practitioner at Arkansas Heart Hospital with a specialty in acute care. Born and raised in central Arkansas, Kelly earned her bachelor’s of science in nursing from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and her master’s of science in nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Her areas of interest are cardiac electrophysiology and general cardiology.

Kelly has over 20 years of experience in the field of cardiology and is an she is an active member of the Heart Rhythm Society, American College of Cardiology and Arkansas Nurse Practitioner Association. She has previously served as the Arkansas State CVT Liaison for the Arkansas Chapter of the ACC. She holds IBHRE certification in remote device monitoring (CDRMS).

She currently serves as Senior Director for the Arkansas Heart Hospital Device Clinic and Advanced Practice Professionals, and sees patients in Arkansas Heart Hospital clinics in Benton, Hot Springs, Hope and Mountain Home.

I chose to enter the field of nursing as it is the perfect blend of science and service, allowing me to utilize knowledge to make a positive impact on patients’ lives.

Jessica Fite Westbrook, PA-C, is a provider in the Vein and Vascular Institute. In addition to seeing patients in the Little Rock clinic, Jessica also travels with the Vein and Vascular team to satellite clinics in Hot Springs, Benton, Camden, Warren, El Dorado, North Little Rock, Searcy, Conway, and Russellville.

Jessica was raised in Benton, AR. She obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Central Arkansas in 2012. She then earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies as a part of the inaugural class of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in 2015. Jessica is board certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed through the Arkansas State Medical Board. When Jessica is not working, she enjoys reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her two yorkies.

Dr. Beth Crowder, APRN, is director of Arkansas Heart Hospital’s Diabetes and Endocrinology services. She is a Conway native and alum from St. Joseph High School, and graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in 1990 with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, receiving the Faculty Gold Key Award. She was named to the National Dean’s List, Outstanding College Students of America, and was also inducted and remains a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the National Honor Society of Nursing. After graduation, she began working with Dr. Brian Barlow at Little Rock Cardiology Clinic. She returned to UAMS graduating with her Master’s of Science in Nursing in 1999, receiving the Jane Houston Carter Award. Dr. Crowder then began a collaborative practice with Dr. David Mego.

She continued on with her graduate education at UAMS completing her Doctor of Philosophy degree in 2005, focusing her research endeavors on congestive heart failure. She later earned her certification as a legal nurse consultant. Dr. Crowder has published manuscripts, authored text book chapters, has assisted with clinic research studies in which Dr. Mego was the primary investigator, and precepts students actively pursuing an advance practice nursing degree. She continues to reside in Conway with her husband Jeff, a Little Rock native, and daughters.

Karli Bradley grew up in Searcy, Arkansas. She attended Harding University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2014. In December of 2016, she completed the Physician Assistant Program at Harding and earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is licensed by the Arkansas State Medical Board. During the PA program, Karli was able to complete a clinical rotation at the Arkansas Heart Hospital with Dr. Nolen and now works with him in the OR, clinic, and hospital. She lives in Little Rock and enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling and baking.
